This site is a guide
The official counter gives the final answer. We work to keep each page correct, but we cannot promise that every page is complete or up to date. Rules can change before we update a page, and they can be different in each city. Please check at the official counter before you act.
Translations
We make the translations ourselves. Pages whose translation has not been checked by a native speaker yet show “Translation in review”.
Links to other sites
Links go to official websites and other sites that we do not run. Their content can change.
We do not reply
We read every report, but we do not reply. We cannot answer questions about your own case. For help, see “Where to ask for help”.
